Returns & Exchanges

At Larroude, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging, including the signature dust bag and shoebox.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original designer box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
